We are excited to announce the roll out of a new Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) feature for our mobile/online banking platform on Wednesday, October 9, 2024. This enhanced security measure will require you to authenticate your account using a one-time code, which can be sent either via text to your cell phone or to your email address. This is part of our ongoing effort to strengthen the security of your financial information. You will not be able to login to mobile/online banking without authenticating using the new MFA feature. Also, if you are using other websites, like account aggregators to login to our online banking site behind the scenes, that will no longer work once this added security feature is implemented on October 9th.
