No, River Valley is not a broker-dealer, does not offer the investments and the investments are not insured by American Share Insurance. All securities and brokerage service are offered by InvestiFi Securities, member FINRA/SIPC.
There are no transaction fees. However, there are annual Assets Under Management (AUM) fees which are charged quarterly.
